HerBench uses the information you provide to operate the private beta, including enrollment, named-agent setup, Google OAuth registration, text-to-agent intake, SMS/email support, operator review, and product support.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, timezone, named-agent preferences, household context you choose to provide, SMS consent status, and messages you send to HerBench. Google registration starts with your basic Google account identity, including your name and email address. Additional access to Calendar, Gmail, Contacts/People, and selected Drive files may be requested later only when a beta feature needs it.

SMS setup collects your phone number, consent status, opt-in timestamp, opt-in language, and message content. Texts may be processed by Twilio and related service providers, stored by HerBench, and reviewed by beta operators so your named agent can turn shared links, screenshots, school notes, recipes, reminders, and household details into useful follow-up.

HerBench does not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers who help HerBench send, receive, and process SMS messages, and those providers may use that information only to provide services to HerBench.
